Project Overview
We've recently worked on a handful of shots for the Sony remake of the 1972 blaxploitation picture, Super Fly.
Directed by Director X, Superfly features Trevor Jackson as Youngblood Priest, a drug dealer aiming to complete one last job before getting out of the game for good.
Much of our work was rooted in invisible effects, adding that extra touch to augment key settings in the movie.
Cale Pugh, our Head of 2D, was our internal VFX Supervisor for Superfly and led a team of 2D and 3D artists from award to completion.
Superfly is currently in cinemas in several territories and lands in UK cinemas on 14 September 2018. Enjoy the trailer above!
