Yesterday Outpost and ACCESS:VFX were invited to Talbot Heath School's Careers Convention in Bournemouth.

Alongside Sophie Trainor from LightForge Academy and Sofronis Ethiastiou from Bournemouth University's NCCA, we spoke to Year 9-12s from the school, Bournemouth School for Boys and Bournemouth School for Girls.

For many of these students, it was the first time that they would be come acquainted with visual effects as a career option, so we spoke in depth to parents and students alike about all the career opportunities awaiting them in VFX, what skills and education they might need and what it was like to make film and high-end TV!

Thanks to Talbot Heath for hosting us and we'd also like to give a big thank you to Brighter Productions Ltd for supporting us too!
