We are all pretty close-knit which makes the atmosphere here very conducive to learning new ways, sharing ideas, and making suggestions.
Outpost does an excellent job at making sure that all of the employees feel like they have a voice here and that their work / life balance and mental health are paramount.
Everyone in the studio is lovely and as a whole the support for each other is really strong. The projects are really interesting and there is definitely a strong management team.
